Em um dia ensolarado em novembro de 1995, nos estúdios de Abbey Road, em Londres, o Roxette prestou uma homenagem aos Beatles gravando uma versão acústica de “Help”. Vinte e cinco anos depois, essa rara gravação da dupla Ann Marie Fredriksson e Per Gessle abre um novo álbum chamado Bag of Trix – Music From The Roxette Vaults – Volume 1. Este primeiro volume contém doze músicas que foram gravadas ao longo de um período de 30 anos. Desde a demo de “Like Lovers Do”, gravada durante uma sessão de demonstração inicial enquanto Marie e Per preparavam o álbum de estreia Pearls of Passion, no verão de 1986, até o novo single “Let Your Heart Dance With Me” que nunca foi concluído durante as gravações de Good Karma, de 2016. O Vol. 1 de Bag of Trix também traz a demonstração acústica de Per e Marie para “Hotblooded”, bem como uma versão acústica de “Listen To Your Heart” que, juntamente com a interpretação de “Help!” foi gravada no estúdio Abbey Road. Canções próprias de Marie, como “Pocketful Of Rain”, “Beautiful Boy” e “Waiting For The Rain” – das quais apenas esta última acabou em um álbum Roxette – completam o disco. Até 11 de dezembro, a data oficial de lançamento físico da coleção completa de Bag of Trix, poderemos ouvir 47 faixas nunca lançadas antes nas plataformas digitais. Vol. 2 sai em 13 de novembro, Vol. 3 em 27 de novembro e Vol. 4 em 11 de dezembro.

On a sunny day in November 1995, at London's Abbey Road studios, Roxette paid tribute to the Beatles by recording an acoustic version of "Help". Twenty-five years later, this rare recording by the duo Ann Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle opens a new album called Bag of Trix - Music From The Roxette Vaults - Volume 1. This first volume contains twelve songs that were recorded over a period of 30 years. From the demo of “Like Lovers Do”, recorded during an initial demonstration session while Marie and Per prepared the debut album Pearls of Passion in the summer of 1986, until the new single “Let Your Heart Dance With Me” that was never completed during the 2016 Good Karma recordings. Bag of Trix Vol. 1 also features Per and Marie's acoustic demonstration for “Hotblooded”, as well as an acoustic version of “Listen To Your Heart” which, along with the interpretation of “Help!” was recorded at Abbey Road studio. Marie's own songs, like “Pocketful Of Rain”, “Beautiful Boy” and “Waiting For The Rain” - of which only the latter ended up on a Roxette album - complete the disc. Until December 11, the official physical release date for the complete Bag of Trix collection, we will be able to hear 47 tracks never released before on digital platforms. Vol. 2 leaves on November 13, Vol. 3 on November 27 and Vol. 4 on December 11.
